Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent and 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) opportunities available

Location: Hybrid role, with majority WFH. Candidates must be open to occasional travel across the UK.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain business applications that drive efficiency and improve operational performance. This is a great opportunity to join a growing technology team delivering innovative solutions across a diverse and evolving business environment. You will work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to turn business requirements into scalable, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and customise applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
  • Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate
  • Build and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and security models
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and external systems
  • Create and manage custom connectors and API integrations
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
  • Provide documentation, user support, and training where required
  • Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform developments and best practices

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services
  • Solid understanding of data modelling and business intelligence concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
