About the Role

You’ll be part of a well-established valuation team, taking responsibility for a range of commercial property valuations including loan security, balance sheet, and portfolio purposes. You’ll manage your own client instructions, maintain strong client relationships, and help drive business growth through both existing and new contacts.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate, high-quality valuation reports within agreed timescales.
Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact on instructions.
Undertake commercial property valuations and appraisals using Argus and Excel.
Support business development across the Midlands region.
Represent the firm professionally and promote the full range of our property services.
