Void Supervisor Location : Home Counties | Travelling across the region Contract : Permanent | Full Time Working Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm About the Role Were looking for an experienced Void Supervisor with a strong trade or maintenance background to oversee the delivery of repairs and maintenance works across a busy housing portfolio. Youll be responsible for supervising operatives, contractors and subcontractors, making sure void properties are inspected, works are correctly specified and properties are brought back to a safe, high-quality standard ready for new tenants. This is a hands-on supervisory role where youll balance people management, quality, productivity and compliance, while working closely with tenants, clients, housing teams and internal support functions. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day activities of operatives, ensuring productivity, quality and efficiency. Inspect void properties and identify the works required to bring them back to the required standard. Specify works and provide accurate orders to housing offices. Oversee supplier and subcontractor works, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to KPI standards. Monitor the quality and progress of repairs and maintenance works. Liaise with tenants and clients, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly. Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and risk assessments. Ensure all works comply with relevant health
