Location: High Wycombe (On-site, with travel to Brize Norton) Salary: £40,000 £47,000 + company car/car allowance Contract: Permanent, Full-time I am working on behalf of my client to recruit an experienced and driven Delivery Manager to lead a high-performing team across two key sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in housing maintenance, particularly within reactive and voids work, who is looking to step into a role with real impact. About the Role Based primarily out of High Wycombe with regular travel to Brize Norton, this is an on-site role managing all aspects of the day-to-day repairs service, including subcontractor performance, out-of-hours support, and customer complaints. The focus is on reactive maintenance and voidsthis is not a PPM-heavy role. Youll be responsible for delivering operational excellence, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation. My client is particularly keen to hear from candidates with Housing Association experience, as this will be central to the nature of the work.
