Mainprize Offshore is seeking an organised Crewing Supervisor to join our team in the maritime operations group.

You will work with the Crewing Manager and other Supervisors to ensure our fleet is safely and efficiently crewed while supporting seafarers’ welfare and development.

You'll manage vessel crew clusters, coordinate travel and logistics, maintain certification records, and assist with recruitment, onboarding and pay reviews.

STCW and ISM Code knowledge are required.
