Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented PDI Engineer to join our team. The Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Engineer is responsible for inspecting and preparing equipment before it is delivered to customers. This role ensures that all equipment meets Mainline and Manufactures standards for quality, safety, and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) to ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards
Performing routine checks
Ensuring all equipment is clean, fully operational, and compliant with safety regulations.
Working collaboratively with the engineering team to maintain high service levels.
What We’re Looking For:
Relevant Engineering Qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) is desirable.
Experience with access equipment (e.g., scissor lifts, boom lifts).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication, interpersonal andorganisationalskills.
Positive ‘can-do’ attitude to problem solving.
The ability to prioritise tasks in an ever-changing hire environment.
