We are hiring a CAP Qualified Powered Access Site Technician to join our ever-growing team and drive our success forward. Hours are weekdays only, 7am-5pm or 6am-4pm - no weekends!

Key Responsibilities:
- Attending breakdowns on customer sites.
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on powered access equipment.
- Performing LOLER inspections and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs).
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical problems.
- Overseeing the work of apprentices.
- Complying with all safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant experience or qualifications within the powered access industry e.g. CAP, NVQ or manufacturer courses.
- A sound mechanical knowledge in a powered access background.
- Competence in electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in fault finding / diagnostics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Positive can-do attitude to problem solving.
- The ability to prioritise tasks in an ever-changing demanding hire environment and work well under pressure.
