Returns Processor

Thank you for your interest in joining our team. Mainline Menswear are a leading online retailer of men\’s designer clothing in the UK. Based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire we are currently seeking to recruit a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

What is a Returns Processor?

A returns processor is someone who handles the incoming and outgoing shipments of returned products from customers. They inspect, sort, label and package the items according to Company policy and procedures. They work within a dedicated areas of a warehouse and will work with other departments when required. This role reports to the Returns Team Leader.

Shift Pattern:

6am – 2pm/2pm – 10pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Saturday – one day off in the week to allow for Saturday shift and Sunday\’s on a rota during sale periods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Our new team member will respectfully unpack, and quality check all items, ensuring required paperwork is completed with the system. The key responsibilities will be:

• To take delivery and with care open the returned parcels.

• To quality check every returned garment in accordance with Returns Guidelines.

• To prepare items for resale by steaming, folding and repackaging garments in preparation for resale

• To follow warehouse process and structure when ensuring items are scanned to appropriate areas within the warehouse.

• To collate the returns paperwork and categorise for processing.

• To complete other duties commensurate with the needs of the team

• You may also be required to process paperwork which involves processing refunds and setting up exchanges.

• To utilise the computer system where required
