Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in fleet, leasing, or commercial automotive sales
- Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
- Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
- Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Strong ability to develop and maintain commercial client relationships
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar
- Ford experience considered an asset
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $100,000-$200,000 per year
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Manage commercial leasing programs including corporate accounts, service loaners, and demonstrator vehicles
- Coordinate fleet inventory and monitor vehicle availability to support efficient utilization and turnover
- Develop new commercial business opportunities while building strong relationships with clients and partners
- Track and report on fleet sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
- Stay informed on vehicle specifications, leasing programs, and industry trends to support operations and ensure compliance
