Who We’re Looking For:
- Passionate about cars and customer service
- 1+ years experience as an automotive service advisor or related role
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, DMS system experience (e.g. PBS, CDK, Keyloop Serti or any similar DMS)
- Strong communication, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: Full-Time; Permanent
Compensation: $90,000-$130,000 per year
What your day will look like:
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch service by listening to customer concerns and understanding their needs
- Inspections and Quotes: Perform thorough multi-point inspections and compile accurate quotes using MPI Software
- Warranty and Contracts: Verify warranty coverage and explain coverage and exclusions to customers
- Communication and Follow-Up: Maintain effective communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle's status
- Maintenance Recommendations: Use your expertise to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer descriptions and service history
