Mainfreight Development Programme
Start your career in supply chain with Mainfreight’s graduate program. Hands-on experience from day one, kickstart your logistics career with real-world experience in a dynamic, operational role. Mainfreight’s three-year supply chain traineeship offers you the chance to work on impactful projects while receiving structured training, mentoring, and leadership development. You’ll rotate through two or three diverse roles, each with unique responsibilities and challenges—from driving a forklift and managing shipments to making sales calls, visiting customers, and even leading a team. This well-rounded experience will give you deep insight into global supply chain management.
