Mainfreight’s Development Programme offers a three-year supply chain traineeship that provides hands-on experience from day one. You will work on impactful projects while receiving structured training, mentoring, and leadership development.
You’ll rotate through two or three diverse roles, each with unique responsibilities and challenges—from driving a forklift and managing shipments to making sales calls, visiting customers, and even leading a team. This well-rounded experience will give you deep insight into global supply chain management.
Our graduate program offers both international logistics career paths across Europe and local opportunities within your home country. The flexible structure allows you to shape your future as your interests evolve.
Alongside daily learning on the job, you’ll take part in:
- Process improvement projects
- Annual leadership development courses
- Team-building activities and offsites
- Quarterly trainee sessions with European leadership and branch managers
