Location: Customer Service Desk, SICU

Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:30 am – 8:00 pm

Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, assesses customer needs, and provides specific information and assistance to ensure needs are met.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements: N/A
