The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Located at Maine Medical Center. We are currently offering up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus, depending on years of experience! Current MaineHealth employees are not eligible for the sign-on bonus. Former team members must be separated from the MaineHealth system for more than 3 months to be eligible. The bonus amount is prorated for part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible.

The Clinical Dietitian role involves directing and coordinating nutritional care for patients in assigned clinical areas. Responsibilities include performing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans, educating patients, and communicating with physicians and health team members.

Schedule: Part-time, Monday - Friday, 3 days a week, plus weekend rotations.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics/Nutritional Sciences from an accredited college or university required.
  • License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Dietitian required. Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration required. Positions in Home Care will require a valid Driver's License to operate a motor vehicle, with the vehicle covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
  • Experience: Two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD) conducting nutritional assessments and developing treatment plans for acute care inpatients and/or outpatients preferred.
