HR Business Partner – temporary

£26 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Hybrid, 1 – 2 days London office

3 – 6 months (March – July) with potential to go permanent (salary £40,800)

We are currently recruiting for a temporary HR Business Partner for 3 – 6 months initially with the potential to go permanent. As HRBP you will provide a proactive, customer-focused level of support on the full range of People services. Working closely with the Head of People and Senior People Partner, you will play an integral part in the delivery of the People strategy. You will be highly organised and have experience of managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting employees on a diverse range of HR topics and the design and delivery of people policies and processes. You will also lead on a variety of People projects; therefore, prior experience of successfully leading projects is key.

Skills and experience required:

  1. CIPD qualification
  2. Experience of providing advice on a range of complex HR matters, including change management, employee relations, reward & benefits, recruitment & retention, staff engagement, etc.
  3. Forging effective working relationships with senior managers, understanding their business, and facilitating solutions to complex challenges
  4. Managing complex and sensitive projects, including change management
  5. Personal & professional credibility to coach, influence and negotiate with senior managers and trade unions.
  6. Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload to ensure that deadlines and objectives are met.
  7. Good interpersonal skills, including well-developed listening skills, ability to empathise with others and view situations from different perspectives.
  8. Good levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
