We are seeking a Talent Coordinator for a dynamic global Consultancy company. This is a fun and fast-paced ongoing temp position for an intelligent, driven and highly organised coordinator to support an extremely busy and engaging Talent Acquisition team.

If you are immediately available and have excellent scheduling and communications skills with experience in fast-paced environments then we would love to hear from you!

You will benefit from hybrid working, a fun supportive team and complex high-level duties!

Role
  • Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews – excellent diary management skills essential!
  • Build strong relationships with a wide range of senior and high profile stakeholders internally and externally – a collaborative relationship builder is key!
  • Work with MS Office to create high quality documents for the team
  • Update internal systems
  • Support reporting of talent data
  • Create, update and share Role Descriptions
  • Timely management of team inboxes, action or escalate accordingly
  • Support on Talent Acquisition projects
  • Admin support to the whole team as required
You
  • Team Coordinator / Team Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High level scheduling skills
  • Engaging and intelligent communicator
  • Enthusiastic, positive, responsive, and driven
  • Strong academic qualification, degree level or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR advantageous but not essential
