The role:
- Develop and deliver policy and advocacy strategies in priority areas (e.g. trade policy, living income and wage, climate, business and human rights)
- Support parliamentary and government engagement, including briefings, correspondence and meetings
- Monitor political and regulatory developments and identify risks and opportunities
- Produce clear, high-quality policy analysis and messaging
- Work collaboratively across teams and with external partners, NGOs and networks
About you:
- Proven experience in policy, public affairs or advocacy at national and/or international level
- Strong understanding of UK political systems and influencing processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to translate complex issues into accessible, persuasive messages
