The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Engineer to join their Managed Print Services walking team. This position would suit someone with at least two years’ hands-on service experience within an MPS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing and supporting Canon, Ricoh and Kyocera devices
- Diagnosing and resolving equipment faults on client sites in accordance with SLA requirements
- Carrying out both reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed within agreed response times and to a high professional standard
- Installing and configuring devices, including network setup and end-user training
- Building strong, professional relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Liaising closely with the Call Control team to ensure seamless service delivery
About You
- Minimum two years’ experience in a field-based MPS technical support role
- Confident in maintaining and repairing photocopier and print equipment
- Manufacturer-certified training would be advantageous
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a team
