We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected care and support provider that delivers supported accommodation services to young people aged 16–18. Our client operates multiple homes across London and the Home Counties, offering safe, nurturing environments for young people. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Home Manager to lead one of their homes, ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service that truly changes lives.
As a Home Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a supported accommodation home.
Key responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships and deliver key work sessions with young people.
- Work collaboratively with professionals and colleagues to provide consistent support.
- Supervise and develop a small team of Live-In Support Workers.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming home environment.
- Keep accurate records, complete reports and conduct risk assessments.
- Participate in an On-Call rota to provide out-of-hours support when needed.
Skills and experience required:
- You’ll bring energy, empathy and professionalism to this rewarding role.
- Experience supporting young people with complex or challenging needs / or experience in social care / similar transferrable environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to lead and motivate others.
