We are recruiting for an international development charity looking for a Business Engagement Officer to support and grow partnerships.
The Role
You’ll be the key contact for businesses—guiding them from initial enquiry through onboarding and ongoing partnership. From explaining requirements and ensuring partners have a smooth experience while meeting our organisational standards. You’ll also manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong relationships, and spot opportunities to grow impact through new products and partnerships.
About You
- Proven experience in customer service or business development roles
- Strong communicator, able to explain complex processes clearly
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using systems and data (Excel, databases, etc.)
- Bonus: experience in compliance, sustainability, supply chains, or international development.
