Are you an organised events professional with a passion for delivering high quality webinar programmes? We’re looking for an Events Coordinator to take ownership of a flagship annual webinar series and support selected in-person and hybrid events.

Working within an experienced events team, you’ll manage webinars end to end from planning and set-up to live delivery and post-event reporting ensuring a consistently excellent experience for speakers, sponsors and attendees worldwide. You will also support the wider team on with the delivery of global in-person events.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and deliver an annual webinar programme
  • Support the delivery of UK and Global in-person events programme
  • Build and manage events using Cvent and Zoom
  • Create event plans, timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate speakers, sponsors, suppliers and internal teams
  • Support marketing activity and report on event performance

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in an events coordination role
  • Strong virtual and webinar delivery experience
  • Confident use of Cvent or similar event platforms
  • Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
