Our client is a well-established Managed Communications Service Provider. Based in the City of London, their modern office space is easily accessible from major transport links. They pride themselves on a collaborative, sociable working culture within a contemporary open-plan environment.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Engineer to join their Managed Print Services walking team. This position would suit someone with at least two years’ hands-on service experience within an MPS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing and supporting Canon, Ricoh and Kyocera devices
  • Diagnosing and resolving equipment faults on client sites in accordance with SLA requirements
  • Carrying out both reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance
  • Ensuring all work is completed within agreed response times and to a high professional standard
  • Installing and configuring devices, including network setup and end-user training
  • Building strong, professional relationships with clients through excellent customer service
  • Liaising closely with the Call Control team to ensure seamless service delivery

About You

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a field-based MPS technical support role
  • Confident in maintaining and repairing photocopier and print equipment
  • Manufacturer-certified training would be advantageous
  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a team
