We’re partnering with a global international development charity supporting a hidden but vital workforce. Now, they’re investing in individual giving like never before and need a talented Individual Giving Manager to lead the charge.
Responsibilities
- Lead a bold Individual Giving strategy to grow income and donor engagement
- Deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, direct mail, events & more)
- Drive donor acquisition and retention using data and insight
- Build powerful supporter journeys and stewardship programmes
- Develop legacy and in-memory giving
- Test, innovate, and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI

Qualifications
- Proven experience in individual giving, direct marketing, or fundraising
- Strong track record delivering multi-channel campaigns
- A data-led mindset with CRM and analytics experience
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- A proactive, innovative approach with a drive to grow income
