We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional Executive Assistant to support a Group Chief Executive and senior leadership team within a fast‑paced Executive Office. The Deputy Executive Assistant is a pivotal role at the centre of the organisation, managing complex diaries, coordinating high‑level meetings, preparing briefings, and handling confidential correspondence. You will also support national and international travel, stakeholder engagement, and executive events.
Key Requirements & Experience
- Proven experience providing high‑level executive or personal assistant support at senior level
- Strong experience managing complex diaries, scheduling, and servicing meetings (including minute‑taking)
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience desirable
