My client are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Team Lead to provide management and hands-on development and support leadership expertise to a small, dedicated MS Dynamics team. The successful applicant will have a strong background of leading Dynamics support and development teams creating new Dynamics products and supporting a complex MS Dynamics environment. Some Architect level experience would be highly advantageous, with the ability to act as an SME for Governance within the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and hands-on development and support leadership to a small MS Dynamics team.
- Lead Dynamics support and development efforts, creating new Dynamics products and supporting a complex MS Dynamics environment.
- Act as SME for Governance within the team (architect level experience is advantageous).
- Collaborate with a third party supplier for development and support; manage supplier relationships and advocate for the business, owning quality assurance of third-party outputs.
- Roadmap Dynamics-based products and foster an environment of Continuous Improvement, including a focus on continuous enhancements.
- Apply strong Agile experience in daily activities.
- Weekly onsite presence and contribute to a growing career in a dynamic environment.
