ABOUT YOU We’re looking for an experienced automotive professional who can demonstrate: Previous experience as a Service Manager within a franchised/main dealership. Strong knowledge of service and workshop operations. Proven leadership and people-management skills. A strong understanding of departmental KPIs and commercial performance. Excellent customer service and communication skills. The confidence to lead, motivate and develop a team.
