We are seeking a reliable and motivated Digital Printer / Print Finisher to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating digital printing equipment, producing high-quality printed materials, and carrying out a range of print finishing tasks to meet customer specifications and production deadlines. This role may require evening and weekend working to support business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Ricoh digital printing lines to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Set up print jobs according to job specifications and production schedules.
- Conduct routine quality checks throughout the printing process.
- Carry out print finishing duties, including stapling, collating, overlapping, book making, perforating, enclosing, guillotining.
- Ensure completed work meets customer requirements and company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Assist with machine maintenance and report any equipment issues.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and deadlines.
