Envelope Machine Adjusters are highly skilled engineers that operate and maintain reel-fed and blank-fed envelope machines. We are looking for talented individuals who are willing to commit their time, skills and energy in helping us shape the future of printed communications. Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Set and operate envelope machines, reel-fed or blank-fed, as efficiently as possible, whilst working to production schedules and targets to ensure timely output.
- Produce envelope products as per supplied works instructions and drawings ensuring conformance to design specifications.
- Perform regular product inspections to check quality standards are achieved in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely production information to assist order with quality control and operational efficiency.
- Communicate any machine malfunctions, breakdowns or problems to Shift Supervisors.
- Maintain, repair and perform essential maintenance on envelope machines.
- Comply with all aspects of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.
- Carry out additional duties from time to time as may be reasonably required.
