Overview
We’re on the hunt for a Email Lifecycle Manager who’s equal parts strategic thinker, data lover, and compelling storyteller. You’ll take ownership of our lifecycle communications from onboarding flows and transactional emails to upsells and win-backs, across a diverse customer base. What you will work on
- Map, develop, and execute our end-to-end lifecycle email strategy, covering key stages including user onboarding, feature adoption, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns
- Own the design and optimisation of automated email journeys, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, targeted, and continually refined to maximise user engagement and retention
- Manage and maintain our email lists through strategic segmentation and best practices to ensure good deliverability and relevance
- Write compelling copy that reflects our brand voice and tells a cohesive story across the entire user lifecycle, driving users toward their ‘aha!’ moments within the product
- Manage a testing roadmap to experiment across messaging, audience targeting, and journey logic, ensuring a measurable impact on key metrics like activation and retention
- Regularly dig into campaign and user data, reporting clearly on performance, insights, and concrete next steps for optimization
- Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure messaging is aligned and the customer experience is consistent across touchpoints
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle/email marketing within a SaaS environment
- Strong proficiency with modern email marketing platforms. Direct experience with MailerLite is a plus
- Skilled in crafting effective automated journeys and managing the logic and content of transactional emails
- Excellent copywriter with a portfolio that demonstrates ability to create clear, on-brand copy that drives users to action
- Strong analytical mindset, leveraging product analytics tools to analyse user behaviour, guide campaign strategy, and measure impact
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, user behavior, and what drives engagement
- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who works effectively in an async-friendly, remote environment
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- 4 hour overlap required with CET time zone
- Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
