We are seeking an experienced MBO Folder Operator / Print Finisher to join our production team at our Telford site. This role is a key part of the final stages of the print process, ensuring all work is finished to a high standard and meets customer specifications, quality requirements, and tight production deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating MBO folding machines, producing high‑quality folded work to specification. Duties include:

  • Reading job cards
  • Making machine adjustments and carrying out basic maintenance
  • Working efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Supporting other production activities when needed

This role requires strong attention to detail, a methodical and organised approach, and the ability to operate machinery efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment. Previous experience in print finishing or folding would be an advantage; however, full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Setting up and operating MBO folding machines
  • Carrying out machine adjustments and basic maintenance
  • Ensuring high-quality finishing on all printed materials, meeting company standards
  • Working efficiently to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency
  • Monitoring quality control throughout the finishing process, identifying and resolving any issues
