Main Responsibilities
  • As Junior Project Manager you will have full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of small display & creative campaigns across all of our platforms, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
  • Campaign Preparation: Agree campaign timelines with clients and internal stakeholders and manage them throughout. Align KPIs and measurement methods. Oversee bespoke digital and print production.
  • Campaign Implementation: Coordinate with Ad Ops on digital tagging, tracking and testing. Manage campaign set-up, previews, client sign-off and coordination with 3rd party partners / media agencies.
  • Campaign Management: Ensure all campaign deliverables are delivered on time and to spec, in line with the media plan. Act as the main point of contact for campaign performance questions, liaising with internal teams to put optimisations in place. Ensure reports are delivered to clients in a clear, engaging and timely way.
  • Support the wider project management team on a variety of projects, gaining exposure beyond day-to-day campaign delivery.
  • Opportunity to be involved in production campaigns, including creative shoots and live events.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the end-to-end creative process, with room to take on more responsibility as confidence grows.
Person Specification
  • Experienced, preferably with 1–2 years in a project management or campaign management role.
  • Eager to learn, with a proactive approach to developing new skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised and resourceful.
  • Someone who enjoys problem solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to demonstrate understanding into digital tagging and tracking.
  • An analytical thinker to identify where a campaign is performing well and how it could be optimised.
  • A natural influencer of people who can coordinate with people in multiple teams across our business and externally.
  • A can-do person who challenges the status quo on a daily basis.
  • Able to be client-facing with the ability to identify and grow client relationships.
