We are seeking a Property Systems Programme Officer to lead the coordination and delivery of our new corporate property management systems, including the development of an up to date, user friendly asset register. This is a pivotal role in modernising how we manage property data, systems, and reporting across the organisation.
You will be responsible for driving forward a programme of work that ensures our systems are implemented by the end of 2026/27, working closely with colleagues across Property, IT, and external system providers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong systems experience, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering high quality, data driven outcomes. We are looking for a solutions-focused and innovative individual with experience in the delivery of systems implementation projects in a corporate environment.
- A degree or equivalent qualification, with strong practical systems skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and consider varied stakeholder perspectives
- Working knowledge of processes and controls for large, complex databases
- Concise report writing skills and presenting to senior officers/members
This is a full-time position on a fixed term contract/secondment for 2 years, working 37 hours a week Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis.
