Person SpecificationQualifications
- Essential criteria: GCSE Grade C or above in English Literature and Maths.
- Desirable criteria: NVQ customer services, NVQ level 2 in pharmacy services.
Experience/Knowledge
- Essential criteria: Experience of dealing with members of the public in a service capacity.
- Desirable criteria: Experience of working in a hospital or other healthcare environment, experience of working in pharmacy, some experience using computers (ECDL), knowledge of prescription charges and exemptions.
Skills
- Essential criteria: Good command of the English Language, good oral and written communication skills, ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload.
- Desirable criteria: IT literate, proven customer care skills, quick and accurate dispensing.
