This is an exciting opportunity to join our forward-thinking Estates and Facilities Team. In this busy role, you will develop and manage the delivery of an excellent domestic service. The role will have direct staff responsibility and ensure the safe and effective delivery of cleaning services in line with the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness.
Within the busy role, you must be able to exercise effective leadership skills in managing performance and directing the EFM cleaning service to ensure a safe and well-maintained hospital environment. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in facilities management and a proven track record of delivering results through collaborative working. Strong organisational skills and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain high standards at all times. You should be highly motivated, reliable, and flexible with enhanced communication skills at all levels.
You will manage your own workload, allocate workload to the team, ensuring delivery of all Facility Services in line with all relevant standards and be responsible for monitoring quality standards, compliance, and taking or facilitating appropriate action as required.
