Role Description
This is a part-time on-site position based in Chelsea London. The role involves assisting customers in selecting their perfect bridesmaid and occasion outfits, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities include managing appointments, maintaining a tidy and organized showroom, recommending products, and assisting with sales transactions. You will be a key part of the team, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the brand’s reputation for high-quality service and products.
Qualifications
- Confident with strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities to build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Customer service experience is a bonus.
- Sales acumen and the ability to recommend appropriate products that meet customer needs
- Organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain a presentable showroom
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of the bridal and occasion wear industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and provide proactive support to customers
- Availability to work weekends (and ideally some evenings).
- Willingness to do the odd bridal show or event.
