About This Role
We are seeking an organised Administrative Assistant to provide support for our Alternative Provision pathways and Student Transport Services across Cranbury College. In this role, you will be working across our College Road and Great Holland Primary School sites, playing a vital role in supporting AP administration processes, student enrolment and induction, and ensuring the smooth and timely coordination of the Student Transport Service. This will include liaising with drivers, parents, and stakeholders to plan and communicate routes effectively. Experience in data management, reporting, and general administrative duties is essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail focused, and confident working in a fast paced environment where strong communication and organisational skills are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Alternative Provision administrative processes.
- Manage student enrolment and induction.
- Coordinate the Student Transport Service, liaising with drivers, parents, and stakeholders.
- Plan and communicate routes effectively.
- Maintain data management and reporting.
- Perform general administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Experience in data management, reporting, and general administrative duties.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, detail-focused, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Details
Permanent, full-time, term time only plus 5 INSET days. 37 hours per week, 8:00‑4:00. Salary range: £22,605 to £22,964 annually.
