Maiden Marc Advisory is working with a well-established retained executive search firm to identify experienced Client Partners to join their growing international team. Operating on an 180 model, the business has a dedicated delivery function, allowing Client Partners to focus solely on originating and developing client relationships, owning revenue generation, and building out their own desks.
The firm operates across the broader industrial landscape, partnering with product-led businesses globally across sectors such as manufacturing, consumer goods, life sciences, aerospace & defence, chemicals, and logistics. This role offers genuine ownership, with the expectation that successful individuals will become long-term revenue leaders within the business.
You will be responsible for originating and developing new client relationships, owning senior stakeholder interactions across global markets, and driving retained search mandates from a commercial perspective. While the delivery team executes the searches, Client Partners remain closely involved in the process, acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
Experience within industrial or product-led sectors is highly preferred, as well as a background in boutique or smaller search firms. They are looking for commercially driven, relationship-led individuals who are motivated to build something long-term, take ownership of their desk, and operate in a high-trust, non-micromanaged environment.
Base salaries typically between £50,000 and £70,000, depending on experience, with a commission structure of 40% above threshold. Bonuses are paid quarterly and annually, with regular performance reviews every 6 to 12 months and clear progression for high performers.
In addition to this, the firm offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office, a diverse and international team with a strong focus on retention and development, and a number of unique perks including Michelin-star team dinners, annual ski trips, and regular team incentives.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing industrial search firm where Client Partners are given true ownership of their desk, supported by a strong delivery function, and rewarded directly for the impact they create.
