Maiden Marc Advisory are currently partnering with a highly regarded international executive search and advisory firm as they look to appoint a Commercial Operations Coordinator to support their continued growth. Operating across multiple global markets and partnering with senior leadership teams on complex hiring and advisory mandates, our client has built a strong reputation for delivering research-led executive search, market intelligence, and strategic consulting projects to an international client base.

This opportunity sits at the heart of the business and offers significantly more than a traditional coordination or administrative role. Working directly with Partners and senior leadership, you will play a key role in supporting search delivery, commercial operations, client reporting, business development initiatives, and the continued enhancement of internal processes and products.

The position would suit an ambitious, highly organised individual who enjoys working within a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment and wants broad exposure to executive search, consulting, operations, and commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the production and development of client-facing reports, presentations, market intelligence documents, and advisory materials
  • Managing and coordinating documentation throughout active search and consulting projects
  • Producing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining data integrity across candidates, clients, companies, and active mandates
  • Coordinating complex international travel arrangements, meetings, diaries, and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Supporting business development initiatives through market mapping, competitor analysis, research, and pitch preparation
  • Assisting with onboarding, operational projects, and broader business support activities
  • Supporting the development of new processes, reporting capabilities, and internal products through the use of technology and AI tools
  • Building professional relationships with clients, candidates, and senior stakeholders
  • Providing research support on executive search assignments when required
The ideal profile would include:
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience within executive search, recruitment, consulting, professional services, financial services, or another commercially focused environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written communication and document production skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, AI tools, and operational excellence
  • Experience using CRM, ATS, or recruitment systems would be advantageous
  • The confidence and professionalism to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders
