Maiden Marc Advisory is currently working with a global SHREK firm looking to add multiple Associates across several business practices in London. This includes sector-focused practices like Financial Services and Technology and functionally focused practices like Corporate Officers and Board.
Covering placements of CEOs, Chairmen, MDs, direct Board reports, and C‑Suite -1 level roles for FTSE and NYSE listed businesses, as well as high-growth challenger firms, they work with some of the world’s most prestigious names in every market they cover.

They achieve this through a consultative approach and value-added commercial services, allowing them to build close, long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their Consultants become experts in both their clients’ business models and the sectors they cover.
As an established market player, they offer unparalleled career options through a comprehensive internal development plan. Candidates joining at the Associate level can move sectors internally to gain broader commercial exposure or become subject matter experts as they progress to Consultant, depending on personal preferences.
Due to the high level of detail and quality of its work, it only looks to hire the top 5% of candidates in the market, and thanks to its continued drive for growth and excellence, they are currently in a position to add several Associates (ideally two to five years of experience in a corporate environment) to the team.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Graduated with a high 2:1 or above from a leading University and have a strong background in excelling across their extracurricular pursuits
- A high level of commercial acumen through previous work experience - this can come from headhunting, retained search or a structured corporate commercial environment
- An analytical thinking process coupled with a naturally polished and well-rounded communication technique
- Strong research background and exceptional rapport-building skills

In addition to the internal opportunities for growth and progression, the firm also offers a leading financial package for employees. Base salaries start at £50,000 and rise based on industry experience, alongside a leading bonus structure run on a discretionary, performance-driven basis.
