Site Lettings Assistant

Overview

The Site Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all operational matters relating to lettings at River Academy are dealt with proactively and that our customers and local community receive excellent customer service when using the school facilities. The school is in its second year of opening, currently with 374 students, which will rise to 1,200 11–18 students and an additional resource base of 35 students when full. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small and dedicated school team, to get to know our growing cohort of students and to help them through their learning journey at the school to achieve their potential. In the early years, we are looking for staff who are willing to be flexible to support the needs of students, and other stakeholders, and to meet the operational needs of the school. The lettings will generally happen in evenings, at weekends and over holiday periods.
