Reporting to the School Improvement Director: SEND, this role will:
- Improve consistency and quality assurance.
- Increase compliance with JCQ regulations.
- Reduce workload for individual SENCOs and Access Arrangements Coordinators.
- Create better use of assessor expertise across the Trust.
- Create strong foundations for future workstreams relating to coordinator capacity and Trust-wide assessment provision.
This role will ensure the successful implementation of the first four strands of the Trust-wide Exam Access Arrangements (EAA) Action Plan,
This role will provide dedicated support for the development, standardisation and implementation of assessment processes, reader protocols, training programmes and evidence management systems across the Trust. It will accelerate progress and ensure consistency, compliance with JCQ requirements and improved outcomes for pupils requiring access arrangements.
You will be an existing qualified school-based Assessor who will provide additional capacity for around 1/2 a day week over a 12 month period until December 2027.
