We’re looking for a caring and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students in their learning, development and wellbeing. In this role you will work closely with teachers, supporting students one‑to‑one and in small groups to create an inclusive, engaging classroom where every student feels valued and supported. You’ll promote positive behaviour, build strong relationships and provide tailored support for students with additional needs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, confident in supporting a range of learning needs and committed to inclusion and positive behaviour.
Location & Salary
- Location: Cranbury Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 2TS.
- Contract type: Permanent, full-time, term time only plus 5 INSET days, 37 hours per week.
- Salary: £22,605.00 – £22,964.00 annually (FTE).
- Start date: 01 September 2026.
- Positions available: 2.
