In this role, you will be responsible for covering lessons across the school, delivering pre‑prepared learning to ensure continuity of education in the absence of teaching staff. You will also support the coordination and administration of cover arrangements, deploying or delegating staff effectively to meet daily operational needs. Working closely with classroom teachers and support staff, you will help maintain high standards of teaching and learning across a range of subjects, ensuring lessons are engaging and inclusive for all learners.

You will support pupils with a variety of abilities and needs, including those with SEMH and SEN, helping them to access learning and make progress. Adaptability, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build positive relationships are key to success in this role.
