Salary: £32,916.00 annually (plus A TLR2B (£6070))
Responsibilities:- Develop the curriculum intent for the department in partnership with relevant trust leads.
- Lead the curriculum implementation for the department.
- Contribute to the wider development of whole school curriculum intent and design, modelling best practice and expertise in curriculum design and implementation to other curriculum leaders.
- Contribute to shared curriculum planning and assessment within the school and wider Trust.
- Line‑manage staff in the department team.
- ME days allowing staff to request an additional day off per year for special events such as children’s sports days, graduations and family/friends weddings.
- CPD available for all staff at all levels.
- Free flu vaccinations for all staff.
- Free eye tests provided for eligible staff.
