We are seeking an organised Administrative Assistant to provide support for our Alternative Provision pathways and Student Transport Services across Cranbury College. In this role you will work across our College Road and Great Holland Primary School sites, playing a vital role in supporting AP administration processes, student enrolment and induction, and ensuring the smooth and timely coordination of the Student Transport Service. This will include liaising with drivers, parents and stakeholders to plan and communicate routes effectively. Experience in data management, reporting and general administrative duties is essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail focused and confident working in a fast‑paced environment where strong communication and organisational skills are key.

- Salary: £22,605.00 – £22,964.00 annually (actual)
- Term time only plus 5 INSET days.
- 37 hours per week. 8:00 – 4:00 pm.
