Hamilton School in Reading, part of Maiden Erlegh Trust, is seeking a SEND Manager to coordinate SEND administration and operational processes across the school, including annual reviews, EHCP procedures and external agency liaison.
You will maintain accurate SEND records, data and provision mapping, monitor attendance and progress, and provide guidance and training to staff on SEND and inclusion.
Line management of up to four Teaching Assistants is included.
