Aboutthe Role Maiden Erlegh School is seeking a caring, reliableand enthusiastic Lunchtime Controller to support the safety, wellbeing andpositive experiences of students during the lunch period. This vital role helpscreate a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment where pupils can socialise,participate in activities and feel supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students before,during and after lunch.
- Promote positive behaviour anduphold school expectations.
- Facilitate games, activitiesand positive social interaction.
- Monitor student welfare andsafety at all times.
- Record and report accidents andincidents in accordance with school procedures.
- Follow safeguarding, first aidand health and safety requirements.
- Support an inclusiveenvironment for all students.
