Maiden Erlegh School is seeking a Deputy Headteacher to lead pastoral provision, safeguarding, curriculum and teaching and learning, with a focus on improving student outcomes and reducing barriers for disadvantaged students. You will deputise for the Headteacher and work with Co-Headteachers.
You will drive strategic oversight, line manage teams, develop CPD, monitor progress and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health and safety, and data accuracy.
