Overview
We\’re searching for a number of part time cleaners to work in residential homes in the local area.
This is a self-employed role with regular ongoing work. You will be working for an average of 3 hours per week for each customer, and will be paid directly by the client on the day of the cleaning visit.
Responsibilities
- You will be working in residential homes and will undertake various domestic tasks as requested by our customer, such as dusting, vacuuming, cleaning sanitary ware, wiping surfaces and ironing.
Qualifications and qualities
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required for the position if you can show that you\’ve got a natural talent for cleaning and good attention to detail.
- You will need to be a great time keeper and above all, honest and reliable and able to work without supervision.
- Your own vehicle would be an advantage, as you will need to make your own transport arrangements, but is not necessary as public transport is suitable.
Hours and setup
- You will start off with 1-2 clients and can build your hours up to a maximum of around 20 hours per week.
