We are looking for a friendly, reliable and trustworthy person to help us recruit domestic cleaners in High Wycombe and the surrounding areas.
This is a flexible, part-time, self-employed opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has good communication skills and takes pride in doing a job properly.
You'll work directly with the business owner, with comprehensive step-by-step guides and support available to help you understand the role and carry out your responsibilities confidently.

The role involves a maximum of around 5 hours per week, depending on the number of applicants. Interviews are arranged as applicants come through, so there is no fixed weekly schedule.
You don't need previous recruitment experience — we're more interested in your reliability, people skills and ability to work independently.
What does the role involve?
You'll help us assess prospective domestic cleaners by:
- Contacting applicants and conducting brief telephone interviews.
- Arranging and carrying out face-to-face interviews in applicants' homes.
- Checking identification and Right to Work documentation.
- Completing interview paperwork and updating our online Recruitment System.
- Providing feedback on applicants' suitability.
